Tickets
Every price is the price you pay. There is no booking fee, no service charge and no separate camping ticket, because all three are ways of advertising a number you are not actually charging.

Extras
Before you buy
Tickets, camping, children, weather and what you can bring in.
Is camping really included?
In every three-day ticket, yes, with no supplement. Day tickets do not include camping because you are not staying.
Are there booking fees?
None, and there never have been. The number on the ticket is what leaves your account. No service charge, no card fee, no camping supplement.
Can I get a refund?
In full until the thirty-first of May, no reason needed. After that a ticket can be transferred to a named person free of charge up to the Thursday.
What is the access like?
Viewing platforms at two of four stages, a level route from gate to main stage to toilets, and one long uphill stretch that is hard in the wet. Personal assistants come free. Full distances are on the access page.
Can I bring my own drink?
Into the campsite, yes, in plastic. Not into the arena, which is a licence condition rather than a commercial decision, and water points inside are free and plentiful.
What people say afterwards
Read all the reviews★★★★★
The price on the ticket is the price. After a decade of festivals, that alone keeps me coming.
★★★★★
Under twelves free and the family field is far enough away to sleep.

The access page gave distances in metres and was right about all of it.
★★★★★
It is a field. In the wet it is a muddy field. They do say so.
